- Am I locked into a contract?
- No. Cancel anytime. If you cancel before your plan year is up, we just bill back the member discount on visits you've already had (plus any free upgrade you already got) to your card on file.
- Do I pay up front?
- No. We do need a credit card on file, and it's charged automatically after each completed visit, never before.
- What does it cost for my house?
- Your member price is your regular package price minus your discount. Every home is priced individually, and we confirm yours before your first visit.
- What if a visit doesn't work for me?
- Call or text (480) 626-8649 and we'll move it. Visits missed for weather or access are rescheduled.
